Privacy statement

Only when you order: your name, email address and shipping address, what you ordered and what you paid. You enter these on Stripe's checkout page and Stripe passes them to us. Your card or bank details go to Stripe only; we never see them.

Browsing the site needs no personal details. Like any website, the server briefly logs technical data such as your IP address to keep the site running and secure.

To print, ship and deliver your order, send you a confirmation and answer your questions. We need this to carry out your order. We also keep order records because tax law requires it.

We don't send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell or rent your data.

Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) handles payments; its own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe may process data outside the EU, using the safeguards the GDPR requires for that.

The parcel service that delivers your vase gets your name and address. Our hosting provider runs the website and its server logs. Each of them only gets what it needs for that task.

Order records, including your name and address, for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Emails you send us for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than two years after our last contact. Server logs only for a short time.

We use one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose for a year. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a reload; it only reaches us when you check out.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept. Fonts and 3D files are served from this site, so no other company sees your visit. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for secure payment and fraud prevention.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a file you can take elsewhere. Email info@sanzaru.nl and we will answer within a month. Order records that tax law requires us to keep can't be deleted before the seven years are up.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
